Seema Jain has done an amazing job creating Marriott’s Culture Day program. I had the pleasure to attend her session and was impressed on how she engaged her audience and how well versed she was on the material. I enjoyed her session and learned a great deal about the Indian culture. I know the offsite visits also greatly enhanced the class and made the experience even more enriching for the participants. Since its inception in 2014, Seema has grown this program to a library of 14 cultures, serving all 30 Marriott brands worldwide, and across all hotel disciplines. The financial impact to the company shows that cultural competency can increase bottom line results. I believe this program is an incredible resource for all associates ranging from our front lines staff to C-Suite leaders.
